1/3 of people want to optimise their homes but find the design experience to be too costly, time-consuming and stressful. This negatively impacts both consumers and retailers, leading to missed sales opportunities and unsatisfactory spaces.
Space offers an easy and convenient shopping journey, enabling users to optimize their homes without leaving the house. From personalized preferences and AR room scanning to AI-powered design layouts, users can effortlessly design, visualise and purchase products – all within a single app. We also provide invaluable benefits for retailers, offering a new way to reach customers and open up additional revenue streams.
User Interviews
I conducted five user interviews and built an affinity map to gather thorough insights on user's pain points, motivators and behaviours to help define my 'how might we' statement.

3D visualization tool that allows users to see their space come to life. Users can modify the space as many times as they please, ensuring they are completely satisfied with the end result before making any commitments.

Integrating all necessary features into one app. Users can browse a wide selection of products, modify and personalize items to their preferences, and make purchases directly through the app.
